Appointments broken without cancellation deprive another person of treatment.

We take credit card numbers for all bookings from new clients over $100,
as 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment.
If you cancel short of 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee is applicable.

Our Refund Policy.  In complience with the NSW Department of Fail Trading, we dont normally give refunds if you just change your mind or make the wrong decision, But please retainb your receipt as proof of purchase in case you have a problem with your products.

If you "no show", 100% of your treatment fee will be charged to your credit card.

We send you an SMS reminder the day before, so you can confirm, change or cancel your appointment via SMS, the day before only.
